EdgeTech began with a focus on developing a strong and reliable staffing and consulting firm focused primarily on the Southern California market. After a few short months of operation, EdgeTech began receiving requests from clients across the U.S. who were having a difficult time locating qualified consultants that met their project requirements. EdgeTech quickly earned a reputation of being superior at quickly locating and offering highly skilled consultants at reasonable rates.

Before long, many of these clients, having operations on a global basis, began asking EdgeTech for help on staffing projects outside the United States, such as in Mexico, Canada, South America, Asia, Europe, and many other locations around the world. EdgeTech has been successful in locating qualified candidates to staff these projects and continues to offer services to more and more clients abroad.

Today, EdgeTech continues to nurture and cultivate its relationships with clients and candidates both nationally and globally. While our primary focus will continue to be on the U.S. market, EdgeTech values the many people and organizations it has come to know across the world and will continue to nurture those relationships and assist them in meeting their business needs with the same level of commitment and integrity we are known for.
