Consulting track their client and candidate relationships?
EdgeTech uses a software package driven by a web-based ASP (Application
Service Provider) engine and used to manage the relationships between
our Clients, Job Orders, and Consultants/Candidates. We can access
this database from any PC in the world via any Internet browser.
Potential candidates can immediately see our open positions and
submit their resume for consideration. Our clients can use this
system to view the status of all open job orders for which we are
working on for the particular client, and the candidates that have
been submitted to those job orders. Clients can also review resumes,
accept/approve a candidate for starting on a project, or decline
a candidate for which the client feels is not a good fit for the
project. This powerful tool allows EdgeTech and our clients to have
up to the minute information regarding the status of all developments
within the contract placement life cycle.
